2019 RECAP
After finishing on top of the ladder and going out in straight sets in 2018, Rupertswood made amends in its final season in the Riddell District league in 2019, claiming the premiership in convincing fashion.
The Sharks finished third on the ladder at 12-4 before going on to win all three of its finals, culminating in an impressive 85-point grand final win over Wallan.
Nick Grigg was best-on-ground with seven goals in the decider, finishing his year with 70 majors.

EDFL MEDIA SAYS
Rupertswood has lost a fair bit of firepower following the departures of both Nick Grigg and Matt Knight and while new coach Arron 'Skip' Bray is expecting to field a new-look line-up this year, the Sharks are hopeful that at least half of their premiership winning 22 can take the field come Round 1 at home to Airport West.
The likes of Kayne Murphy and Brent Swallow will have an impact in their new league while new arrivals Nick Agnello, who played in the Sunbury Kangaroos' 2019 grand final win and former East Sunbury and Aberfeldie ruckman Jorden Braddy are both very handy returning players that will slot into the side.
There's no way of knowing how Rupertswood will go just yet, but if the Sharks can produce the same level of quality footy that took them to the RDFNL's summit last time around, then they'll be a very tough out in Season 2021.
