The Essendon District Football League is seeking applications to fill the position of Chief Executive Officer.
The EDFL is a respected metropolitan league in the North-West region of Melbourne, compiling of over 35 clubs and 450 teams across seniors and juniors men and women and boys and girls.
As Chief Executive Officer you will be responsible for leading the EDFL, ensuring its future development and success through a range of commercial, sport and participatory objectives.
The right applicant will bring a strong focus to servicing and managing the League in the common interest of its affiliated clubs.
To be considered for this role you will need to be a contemporary and professional business manager with leadership, energy, vision and integrity.
You will have the skills to navigate through complex issues in prioritising, managing and delivering outcomes to achieve the strategic objectives of the League.
You will be an inspirational manager with the ability to lead the day-today operations of the league and assist in guiding the strategic development of the EDFL and its staff, officials, member clubs and the wider community.
The right applicant will also encompass the visions, values and strategic pillars of the EDFL.

The job is based at the administrative offices of the EDFL at Windy Hill.
Competitive remuneration package will be based on experience and qualifications of the applicant.
