The Essendon District Football League proudly extends its partnership with the Melbourne Centre for Athletic Performance (MCAP) into its fifth year, reaffirming MCAP as the Elite Training and Injury Assessment Partner.
Since 2020, MCAP's professional Strength and Conditioning coaches, led by Adam Larcom, have propelled EDFL athletes to High-Performance outcomes.
Many have advanced to Academy Squads, Coates League teams, and even into AFLW and AFL systems.
With MCAP's cutting-edge facilities and services, EDFL players have optimised their strength, speed, and endurance.
Moreover, MCAP continues to offer scholarships, enabling EDFL athletes to access top-tier facilities and expert physiotherapy services.
Numerous scholarship recipients are still members of the MCAP community to this day, continuing to benefit from our support and contribution to their talents.
