win a flag.
FOOTBALL
Finals footy is different to the regular season, it requires an ability to execute the fundamental skills of the game under more high-pressure situations. The skills are the same, but you need to learn how to handle the heat.
LEADERSHIP
Confidence to make an impact, understand that you have the tools to make an impact on your team. We can’t all be Pendles or Dusty! What you bring to the table is HUGE – you just have to identify it, and believe it.
HIGH PERFORMANCE
This is the time of year when we need to rely on our strength and power coming up against the best teams in the league. We will provide you with the tools to prepare your body for finals, and make sure you are ready to perform when it counts!
