The EDFL can confirm the following staff changes as the League prepares for season 2022.
Patrick Moloney (Previously Umpires Administration Officer) has moved into a full-time Football Operations role, working directly alongside Ken Waters (Junior Football Operations Manager) as the new Junior Football Operations Assistant.
"We thank Patrick for his contribution to the Umpiring Department and his work to attract and retain umpires in the EDFL," League CEO Ian Kyte told essendondfl.com.au.
"His move to Junior Operations will provide opportunities for him to development his skills set under the guidance experienced EDFL operations staff,"
"We are now in discussion with replacement staff for the Umpires Department," Kyte said.
Pauline Leslie (Manager – Senior Football & Netball) and Adem Saricaoglu (Senior Football Operations Assistant) make up the rest of the Football Operations team for 2022.
The League also wishes to inform the departure of Ben McGee (Formerly Manager - Junior Football & Corporate Partnerships) from our team.
"The EDFL thank Ben for his work and wish him all the best with his future pursuits," Kyte said.
