Miranda Bulman and Emily Brebner both proved too dominant for the Bears, as the pair took control of the contest.
The Tigers duo of Madison Shaw-Barton and Courtney Bligh combined to give their team run and dash.

It was a fairytale year for Westmeadows, as they routinely dominated their opponents and repeatedly defeated their closest competition in Burnside.

Although it may be a disappointing end to the year for Burnside Heights, they should be extremely proud of their efforts for 2026.
Only suffering defeats to the ultimate premiers in Westmeadows is an impressive achievement.
“I’m so proud of the girls,” captain-coach Gemma Wright told Star Weekly.
“I think that last quarter was a heartstopper.
“To finally get it after the years that we’ve put in, all the hard work everyone has put in this year, it’s a credit to the girls.
“I think it’s incredible the turnaround that our club has had.
“We lost a few players a couple of years ago and I think from that we had to knuckle down and get everything together and get going.”
