The Essendon District Football League can confirm every effort is still being made to complete this season's netball competition.
With access to courts still available, the league will strive to hold a finals series before the final cut off date of October 16th.
A return to play still relies on government regulations allowing a return to competitive community sport before the cut off weekend.
The finals will be played in a 1 v 4 and 2 v 3 knock-out semi final before the grand final to be played between the two victors on the same day.
Should the finals not be able to be completed, a decision on declaring premiers will be made by the league.
