There’ll be a full gamut of fixtures in the Premier Division following last week’s Good Friday carry over matches.
Hillside will play Aberfeldie as they search for their first win of the season, but it won’t come easy.
Aberfeldie have won their first two games which included a tight Round 1 win against one of the premiership favourites in Oak Park, firmly staking their claim as one of the teams to beat.
Hillside have scored just 14 points this season, so while they’ll want to restrict Aberfeldie’s offense, the scoring output will need to lift.
Oak Park will host Strathmore, both fresh off a bye following their Good Friday make up week.
With both sides sitting 1-1, this postures to be an interesting clash with Strathmore knocking off the reigning premiers before a tight loss, and Oak Park putting forward a strong performance before an even tighter loss.
After a strong rebound, Westmeadows will head to Joe Brown Oval to take on Keilor who rebounded equally as strongly in Round 1.
Keilor have so far kept their opponents to low scores and despite their Good Friday loss, will be confident they can do the same to Westmeadows after a lacklustre offensive showing in Round 1.
The Blues will need to do their best to restrict Courtney Munn who’s coming off a three-goal outing against Marby.
Maribyrnong Park will host Moonee Valley who weren’t able to back up their 16-goal effort in Round 1.
With just the two goals for the team, the Fog will be looking to Charlotte D’Ambrosio for some offensive output following her six-goal showing.
For Marby, they’ll be aiming to rectify a defensive lapse in the final quarter which proved the difference as they leaked four goals after holding a narrow lead at the last change.

The stronger sides have separated themselves from the pack in early proceedings for 2023 in Division One.
One of those stronger sides is Gisborne who’ll play a twilight match against Essendon Doutta Stars.
Gisborne have scored 278 points and haven’t been scored against through their first two matches.
Essendon Doutta Stars bounced back with a win last week and will be looking to ruin that clean sheet.
Greenvale is another side who have put some serious scores on the board, piling on 203 points last round.
They’ll take on Tullamarine who are seeking their first win following promotion.
A Sunbury battle will see Sunbury Kangaroos take on Sunbury Lions.
It’s been a tough start for the Kangaroos who lost a number of key personnel over the summer, while the Lions enjoyed a strong win against Pascoe Vale before succumbing to Burnside Heights.
Speaking of the Bears, they’ve had a strong start to the season and will be looking to make it three from three against a Pascoe Vale outfit which has had a rocky start to the season.
The Bears have been clinical thus far and have had all their stars firing.

We had our first look at the two “first” sides in Coburg Districts and Airport West, albeit the latter playing just a quarter.
The Eagles got out of the blocks strong, but unfortunately had to stop their game short at quarter time due to an unfortunate injury.
They’ll host Moonee Valley 2 who have split their two games, going down to Coburg Districts last week.
Coburg Districts will travel to Willowbrook Reserve to play Westmeadows 2 who lost their first game and missed last week due to a Greenvale 2 forfeit.
If the Jets can get their second side on the park, they’ll play Maribyrnong Park 2 at Walsh Oval.
