Airport Toyota Women's Senior Re-Grading

Division Restructure

The Sunbury Lions and Sunbury Kangaroos will swap places in Airport Toyota Women's Divisions One and Two following a review of the competition after four rounds.

After formal requests from both clubs, the Sunbury Lions will now be part of Division One, while the Sunbury Kangaroos will drop to Division Two.

The change is effective immediately and will be reflected in this weekend's fixture.

The Kangaroos take on Coburg Districts at Eric Boardman Reserve this Saturday, while the Lions will now face Tullamarine at Clarke Oval next Saturday due to the split round.

Full fixtures for the Sunbury Lions and the Sunbury Kangaroos can be viewed online now.

Premiership points for the Sunbury Lions will be transferred over to the Division One ladder, however accrued percentage will be reset following Round 5.

As the team going down a division, the Sunbury Kangaroos will retain their existing percentage on the Division Two ladder.

Finally, all competition best-and-fairest votes acquired from the first four rounds will be included as part of each player’s total following this re-grading process.
