FightMND is excited to introduce a new state-wide campaign called Sockit2MND, a themed sock round for Football and Netball associations across Victoria and New South Wales.
We are encouraging football and netball clubs to get involved, buy a pair of Big Freeze socks and wear them on a dedicated MND round.
Acting as the players alternative to the beanie, Sockit2MND aims to bring communities together for a round of fun, fundraising, and a sea of blue!
Hold a cake stall, a sausage sizzle or even do your own ice bucket challenge at your club!
The round will be played 16/17 of June, after the Big Freeze at the G (Queen’s Birthday) weekend, to raise awareness and vital funds for research into finding effective treatment, and ultimately a cure for Motor Neurone Disease.

*Please note that you have until Friday, February 16 to order socks via the Fight MND website.
