Every club is represented in the 2024 Airport Toyota Women's Division Two Team of the Year!
Coburg Districts premiership captain Liv Woods will captain the side and retain her spot in the ruck, with Sunbury Lions' Matt Tremellen named the coach.
Woods' Coburg Districts teammates Harmoni Chivell and Sarah Docherty will line up in the back line alongside Roxburgh Park pair Chloe McIntosh and Megan Allan.
Rebecca Foggie of Taylors Lakes was named in the best in each game they played and will round out the back five.
Lions teammate Courtney McCormack spent more time in the middle since crossing over from the Kangaroos as a 2023 Team of the Year half back and will be the starting centre.
Tylah Bell returned to the Kangaroos and will comprise the engine room with Sunbury Lions skipper Emily Taylor.
Retaining her spot on the half forward flank is Coburg Districts' Jacinta Brew with Lisa Kirby named on the other flank, moving up from her back pocket post of 2023.
The three 'Nat's' who led the league in goal kicking complete the forward line in Natalie Tull-Boyle (Roxburgh Park, 20 goals), Natalie Dunne (Sunbury Kangaroos, 21 goals), and Natachia Abela (Sunbury Lions, 33 goals).
Roxburgh Park's Caitlyn McLeod will start on a wing with East Sunbury's lone representative Steph Pontonio on the other.
The bench of the Team of the Year is comprised of Ruqaiyah Allouche (Glenroy), Brianna Spratling (Sunbury Lions), Taylah Brady (Sunbury Lions), Dakotta Liddy (Roxburgh Park), Sarah McNally (Taylors Lakes), and Emma Villani (Taylors Lakes).

All EDFL Teams of the Year are compiled based solely on the input of each club’s senior coach.
The 2024 Airport Toyota Women's Division Two Team of the Year was to recognise the best players of the 2024 home-and-away season.
Other factors such as reputation or form in previous seasons were not to be taken into account.
The Coach and Captain of the Year are determined based on the feedback provided by the senior coaches.
