2023 EDFL Senior Women's Fixtures

Full Fixtures Revealed


Fixtures for all three senior women's football competitions have been revealed for the 2023 EDFL season.

EDFL Women's footy will return with two huge Good Friday clashes on April 7 in Premier Division, before Round 1 officially gets underway the following week on April 15.

See the full 14-round fixture and finals dates for each division below.


AIRPORT TOYOTA WOMEN'S PREMIER DIVISION

Premier Division will again be an eight-team competition between Aberfeldie, Hillside, Keilor, Maribyrnong Park, Moonee Valley, Oak Park, Strathmore, and Westmeadows, with the promotion of Division One premiers Strathmore for Burnside Heights the only change.

Hillside and Westmeadows will each host a pair of twilight fixtures, as will the reigning premiers Keilor who kicks off their season against Strathmore following the Men's Good Friday clash.


AIRPORT TOYOTA WOMEN'S DIVISION ONE

Division One will again be an eight-team competition following the return of Pascoe Vale, the promotion of Division Two premiers Tullamarine, and Burnside Heights who dropped down from Premier Division.

Essendon Doutta Stars, Gisborne, Greenvale, Sunbury Lions, and Sunbury Kangaroos comprise the rest of the division.

Six of the eight teams will host twilight fixtures, while Round 1 commences on April 15.

Division Two will be a seven-team competition with Aberfeldie and Greenvale both set to field a second Women's side for 2023.

They will join second sides from Westmeadows, Maribyrnong Park, and Moonee Valley which all featured last season, alongside Coburg Districts and grand finalists Airport West.

There will be no split rounds at this stage, with one team set for a bye each week.
