2022 Airport Toyota Women's Premier Division Team Of The Year

Full 24 Revealed

All eight clubs of the Airport Toyota Women's Premier Division season are represented in the 2022 Team of the Year.

After taking out the 2022 premiership, there is a strong Keilor presence in the team with seven Blues selected in the final team.

There are no surprises that the competition's leading goal kicker, Oliva Manfre, is named at full forward after the Keilor spearhead slotted 31 goals from her 12 home-and-away games.

In a diverse forward line with six teams filling the six attacking positions, last season's joint league best and fairest, Emily Paterno (Hillside), lines up at full forward.

Paterno and Manfre are joined by Gabrielle Mahoney (Maribyrnong Park), Ilaria Akers (Aberfeldie), Courteney Munn (Westmeadows) and Samantha German (Oak Park) up front.

There are two Wrights in the midfield, with Laura Wright (Keilor) and Gemma Wright (Westmeadows) named at centre and ruck rover respectively.

Hillside's Hannah Ibrahim fills the final follower position with Keilor premiership player Megan Neill named in the ruck.

Krissy Trang is the sole Burnside Heights representative on the wing and is joined by Olivia Madden (Aberfeldie) on the opposite wing.

In defence, Maribyrnong Park duo Roselyn Buje and Lily Bateman are named as part of the back six with the former named at full back and the later in a pocket.

In the opposite back pocket, you'll find Aberfeldie captain Kylie Kennedy.

Nikita Wright (Hillside) completes the spine at centre half back with Moonee Valley's Tara Newman and Westmeadow's Mikayla Plant coming off the half back flanks.

There is plenty of blue, white and red on the bench with four Keilor players selected on the pine.

Kaitlyn O'Keefe, Lauren Caruso, Madeline Barton and Najet Ajamy all make the team for the Blues.

Erica Markesich (Aberfeldie) and Emily Findlay (Oak Park) round out the final 24 in the team.
