STAR Airport West defender Clayton Rogers is this year's best-and-fairest winner for the Essendon Ford Division 1 runner-up.
Rogers polled six votes more than the division's Hutchison Medallist - utility Tyson Young.
All three Essendon Ford Division 1 Team of the Year members finished in Airport West's top five, with Matthew Duggan polling 60 votes to finish fourth.
Both Rogers and Young also made the division's best 22.
