MCAP Offering Seven Scholarships To EDFL Athletes

THE Melbourne Centre for Athletic Performance (MCAP) is offering seven scholarships to current EDFL players.

The scholarship will consist of two weekly strength and conditioning sessions and one fortnightly physiotherapy session (if required) for seven months.

To be considered for a scholarship, players will be required to:
 - Submit an application with a supporting letter from the Club President and/or Secretary. The supporting letter must detail why the club believes the player should be selected as a recipient of an MCAP scholarship.
 - Attend an information evening.
 - Must be financial and registered with an EDFL Club for Season 2021. Should you for any reason decide to not play in the EDFL your scholarship will be terminated.
 - Commit to attend to two sessions per week for the duration of seven months, starting December 1st, 2020 and finishing June 30th, 2021.

Scholarships will be awarded to one male and one female in the following age brackets, excluding netball which will be only awarded to a female:
 - 15-17
 - 18-21
 - 22 and above
 - Netball
