EDFL All Stars Bushfire Appeal - Sunday February 16

Presented by Roxburgh Park FC

THE EDFL community is set to come together like never before for a very important cause.

Team Fire will take on Team Smoke in two ‘EDFL All Stars’ games at RAMS Arena on Sunday February 16 to help raise much-needed funds for bushfire relief.

The event will feature some of the EDFL’s biggest names, including Matt Watson, Kyle Reimers, Robbie Castello, Harley Short, Tyson Young, Kayla Ravanello, Bailee Said, Georgia Marsland and many more.

Some of the league’s most notable coaches will also take part, including Adam Potter, Ross Terranova, David Connell, Michael Farrelly, Lance Whitnall and Ron Sikora.

The day will commence with the women’s game from 12:30pm, before the men’s game kicks off from 2:50pm.

In total, 28 EDFL clubs will be represented across the two games.

Aside from the footy, there will be plenty of entertainment on offer inside the venue, including CFA tributes, jumping castles, live music, DJ, special auction items, food and drink trucks and special guests.

Money raised will be donated to the CFA & Brigade Donation Fund, the Bendigo Bank Community Enterprise Foundation: Victorian Bushfire Appeal and Wildlife Victoria.

The EDFL Match of the Day call team will be on hand calling all of the action throughout the day and EDFL umpires will officiate both games.

The event, hosted by Roxburgh Park FC, has already garnered huge interest on the club’s official Facebook Events page.
