NED began his football career at Airport West Football Club at the age of seven.
He has played 150-plus games of junior footy with his home club.
During this time, Ned has been a fierce competitor, having high expectations of himself and a strong attack on the ball.
Always being small in stature, he had to read the game well and use his pace to compensate for his size.
Ned played EDFL Rep football and joined the Calder Cannons squads in U15 and U17.
He has also won the goal kicking on multiple seasons.
This year saw Ned join Essendon Doutta Stars to play as a bottom-age U17 player, when Airport West could not field a side.
He has had a terrific season, playing with a strong group of mates and building new friendships.
He has been presented with many opportunities this year, not the least an opportunity to play senior football under coach Dean Wallis.
We wish Ned every success with his future.
