That is why we have organised TWO action-packed days during upcoming school holidays, to kickstart your season and propel your development to the next level!
This TWO-day event is all about player development, and it's perfect for players of all levels.
DAY ONE
Day One will focus on athletic testing, providing a greater understanding of your physical state, and how you can improve your performance on the field.
Get the opportunity to experience an official verified Athletic Testing Combine, as conducted at AFL/AFLW level, including tests such as the:
- Standing Vertical Jump.
- Running Vertical Jump.
- 20m Sprint.
- AFL Agility Test.
- Yo-Yo Test.
DAY TWO
Day Two will focus on learning the skills of the game and the leadership and skills required to be the best footballer you can be.
Join us for TWO action-packed days, including high performance, football skills and game sense development - which will be developed through relevant games, techniques and training activities.
