Ruckman Page Claims Craigieburn B&F

Club-by-Club B&F Results

CRAIGIEBURN ruckman Jeremy Page scored a comfortable win in the Eagles' best-and-fairest count.

Page was one of the handful of Eagles who stuck around as the club won promotion into Strathmore Community Bank Premier Division at the end of 2016.

While the club struggled through a winless season at the top level, Page's weekly efforts against some of the best ruckmen in local footy shone through.

Page played in all 18 home-and-away games and regularly featured among Craigieburn's bests.

Skipper Brent Gordon finished runner-up to Page on 97 votes, but it was Josh Young's effort to finish fourth that is most eye-catching, given he only played eight games for the year.
