Strathmore will get one last hit out before finals action when it meets Maribyrnong Park at Boeing Reserve.
The gold and navy blue further solidified themselves as true premiership contenders last weekend when they came from 18 points down against Oak Park, with the comeback victory extinguishing the Kangaroos’ eight-game winning streak.
A true all-rounder, Zoe Davies was a star in the victory at home, with a goal on the board the cherry on top of her magnificent display in ruck, up forward, and at the last line of defence.
She’ll be one to watch on Saturday, but VFLW commitments with the Western Bulldogs will ultimately have the final say.
Charli Sette will look to be impactful on the scoreboard against the Lions alongside Milla Murphy, while Eloise Egglestone and Sarah McKinnon continue their Sherrin-hoarding.
A win on Saturday would see the Mores move closer to claiming the minor premiership, but Maribyrnong Park will look to pose a threat in the contest.
The Lions’ might has fully been on display across the last two weeks, with a firm grip over Keilor and a comeback victory against Hillside their last two results.
Tegan Matthews secured five goals from the two outings, while Dimi Papadopoulos also continued fine form. Ava Steel is on a run of four best-on appearances.
It’ll be a great challenge for Marby, but the Lions will look to continue their strong execution.
Strathmore will look to finish its regular season with one last bang ahead of finals.
It’s crunch time for Caroline Springs over at Town Centre Recreation Reserve when the Lakers play host to Aberfeldie.
Once calling the top four their home, the Lakers find themselves in danger of slipping beyond finals qualification, with the side looking to break a three-game losing streak.
The Lakers enter this clash sitting fifth with a 7-5 record, but a significant percentage gap keeps it away from the Stars’ rung of fourth.
Aberfeldie finds itself on second spot and has one of the simpler runs home (Caroline Springs and Keilor), with two wins the necessity to finish on top.
The Two Blues were 108-point winners over Hillside two weekends ago in a match that saw the side reiterate its premiership intentions, with the league’s two leading goalscorers in Mo Hope and Emily Smith combining for 11 majors.
The duo combined for seven goals when the sides last met in Round 8. Jasmine Ferbrache kicked three.
Jacinta Kondis will look to set up at the other end of the ground on Saturday, with 24 season goals next to her name bolstering the Lakers’ attack.
Caitlin Pretty continues to be an integral part of her side’s backline, holding strong in the last line of defence.
Michael Gerada’s side will be after a massive upset, with Aberfeldie getting the better of Caroline Springs by 62 points in Round 8.
Will Aberfeldie move one step closer to the minor premiership, or will the Lakers snap back when it matters most?
Hillside will welcome Moonee Valley to Shark Park as Round 15 continues.
Both sides have demonstrated some exciting positives over the past few weeks, with the Sharks commendable in defeat against Marby last weekend, and the Fog victorious in their past two matches.
Saturday’s encounter gives both sides an opportunity to continue to build on the season’s late highlights.
When the two last met, it was Moonee Valley that took the bragging rights 6.4 (40) to 1.8 (14).
Moonee Valley will travel up the Calder with the intention of a third straight win.
Some strong displays on the scoreboard saw the Fog get comfortably over Marby and Keilor, with Rhiannon Busch, Michaela Chalhoub, Nadia Valenti, and Matilda Zander striking in both matches.
Hillside was a true fighter in defeat against the Lions last Saturday and led the charge up until the fourth quarter.
It was one of the season’s highlights for the Sharks, with last year’s premier looking on the up ahead of 2027.
Hannah Ibrahim and Annalise Wilkie’s consistency continues, while the Sharks’ Madelyn Hartley (10 reserve matches) and Paula Pavlic (five appearances with Western Bulldogs VFLW) both found a goal in their second topflight appearance of 2026.
The Sharks may have turned the corner late and some exciting new faces may be part of the motion.
Will Moonee Valley put up a third straight win, or will Hillside finally sing its song again?
Oak Park will be out for redemption when it hosts Essendon Doutta Stars at JP Fawkner Reserve.
Oak Park’s push for top spot hit a hurdle last weekend when its eight-game winning streak ended against Strathmore.
The Roos were fast starters against the Mores, taking things out to a 3.1 (19) to 0.1 (1) lead, but were swamped by a fast Strathmore from thereon.
The Kangas will be looking to control the contest early and not get runover again.
Maggie Styles remains strong in the ruck, while scoreboard dominance can be found through Tayah Kelly, Holly McGregor, and Sasha Nelson.
Terira Fry and Sarah Dargan also remain some of the key players in Oak Park’s line up.
The Stars will enter this contest confidently after they took control over Strathmore back in Round 13 heading into their final bye.
It was a mammoth win over a premiership fancy, and the question now stands as to whether Douttas can get over another higher-ranked opponent?
They’ve won over Aberfeldie, and they’ve won over Strathmore. Will Oak Park be next?
Jessie Hulett, Isabelle Porter, and Mia Tully will look to continue their fine efforts.
When the Roos last faced Douttas, it was the blue and white stripes that prevailed in the 8.5 (53) to 2.3 (15) win.

It'll be a qualifying final preview at Willowbrook Reserve as Westmeadows plays host to Burnside Heights.
The Tigers sit first and the Bears sit second and will compete in the first of two consecutive matches.
These sides have only played the once this season back in Round 1 with Westmeadows 44-point winners.
It was a dominant performance over the Bears, but Burnside Heights has only improved since then with 11 wins and a draw since.
The Tigers had a spread of contributors in that game, but it'll be interesting to see how this one plays out at the selection table, and come game day.
Gisborne and Tullamarine will complete their seasons against each other at Gardiner Reserve.
The Bulldogs have faced the four finals sides in the last month and picked up one draw and three losses, this weekend serving as a final opportunity for a win.
The Demons have won three in a row and have a chance to end the season full of momentum and joy.
It was a 36-point Gisborne win when these sides met in Round 7, Amy O'Kelly and Amelia Hodgson (two goals) dominant.
It'll be a battle of the Lions at Cole Reserve as Coburg Districts takes on Taylors Lakes.
Coburg Districts has been one of the form sides with six wins from its last eight, a one-point triumph over finalist Craigieburn its most recent outing.
Taylors Lakes remains winless and although numbers have been an issue, it'll hope to finish well.
It was a 42-point Coburg Districts win in Round 9 when these sides last met, Zoe Manning (three goals) and Mariam Khoder (two goals) lethal in front of goal.
A final chance for victory awaits Roxburgh Park and Sunbury Lions at Lakeside Reserve.
The Magpies enjoyed a solid run before being unable to field a side last week, while the Lions are looking for a first win since Round 8.
These sides last met in Round 5 with Roxburgh Park winning by 38 points.
Haylea Cooke and Malake Hamdan scored two goals each, can they go again?
A local derby will close out the seasons for East Sunbury and Sunbury Kangaroos at John McMahon Recreation Reserve.
The Thunder was victorious against Taylors Lakes last time out, while the Kangaroos are looking for a first win since Round 6.
These sides last met in Round 3 with East Sunbury enjoying a nine-point win.
Closing out the season is another finals preview with Craigieburn playing Keilor Park at DS Aitken Reserve.
These sides will play out in an elimination final next week.
It was a Craigieburn win when these sides met in Round 3, although Keilor Park's score was wiped after leading comfortably at full time.
The young Eagles lost last week, while the Devils were dominant over Sunbury Lions.
With more on the line next week, it'll be interesting to see how this plays out.
