LUKE, also referred to as ‘SpongeBob’ by his team mates, started playing Auskick at Roxburgh Park, before joining up for the club’s first season of Under 8s in 2014 and has progressed from there.
Luke is a creative half back flanker who reads the play exceptionally well and distributes the ball brilliantly by foot.
He always manages to find space and is a sensational intercept mark.
As a bottom-age player in the Under 10s, Luke won the best-and-fairest in his first year and backed up with another best-and-fairest last season.
Luke has been named one of the co-captains for this year and his leadership qualities have already come to the fore on numerous occasions.
