THE EDFL this week confirmed changes to the filming schedule of senior games with official match footage supplier, SportsCast Australia.
Following an extensive review, only select Strathmore Community Bank Premier Division games will be filmed for the remainder of the 2017 home-and-away season.
In Strathmore Community Bank Premier Division, games that only feature Avondale Heights, Essendon Doutta Stars, Maribyrnong Park and/or Pascoe Vale will be filmed, in recognition of the involvement and support of these clubs in the match filming program.
These four clubs will have full access to game footage from all filmed games for scouting and player development purposes.
Games that do not feature any of these four clubs will not be filmed.
Additionally, select Essendon Ford Division 1 and Strathmore Community Bank Division 2 games will also be filmed each week, with every club guaranteed to have at least one of their upcoming home-and-away games filmed by the end of July.
Highlights from all filmed games will be released each week via edfl.sportscastcloud.com.au, however full replays will remain unavailable from public view.
