When it comes to road safety, we’re all on the same team.
Road Safety Round returns this weekend from July 23 to 26, where the EDFL will be joining thousands across Victoria to ‘Band Together’ for Road Safety.
This year’s Road Safety Round will spotlight speeding, which is a contributing factor in at least 30 per cent of fatal and 25 per cent of serious injury crashes on Victorian roads. Don't risk it, slow down.
Players will take to the field wearing blue armbands to honour lives lost on the road and serve as a reminder that we can all be the difference in making them safer.
Your team would rather you be late to training or the game, than not arrive at all. There’s no excuse for speeding.
