2025 Airport Toyota Division Two Team of the Year

Full 22 Revealed!

Every club is represented in the 2025 Airport Toyota Division Two Team of the Year!

The undefeated premiers Gisborne-Kyneton United are unsurprisingly the best represented with seven players making the final 22, including captain of this side and starting ruck Belinda Hateley.

The Team of the Year captaincy adds to an incredible 2025 season after also taking out the best on ground medal in United's grand final win.

Teammate and league leading goal kicker Alexia Todorovic displayed her versatility this year and will also start in the engine room.

Alongside her is Tylah Bell (Sunbury Kangaroos) who retains her spot, and Taylah Brady (Sunbury Lions) who starts on field after earning a spot on the interchange in 2024.

Mackenzie Best (Roxburgh Park) and Lauren Kirby (Sunbury Kangaroos) fill the full back slots, with Kangaroos teammate and sister Lisa Kirby starting on the half back flank.

Taylors Lakes' Rebecca Foggie will start at centre half back, with Lucy Lenius (Gisborne-Kyneton United) filling the other half back flank.

There is plenty of firepower up front with Emma Williams (Gisborne-Kyneton United) and Charlie Goodwin (Taylors Lakes) on the full forward line with 26 regular season goals each.

Stefania Valerio (Taylors Lakes) starts at centre half forward with 33 regular season goals, with Brooke Cowan (20 goals, Gisborne-Kyneton United) on one of the flanks.

United teammate Chey Macumber is on the other half forward flank and back in the Team of the Year after switching clubs for 2025.

Taylors Lakes is running the wings with Courtney McCormack and Mia Bondar selected in those slots.

The bench of the Team of the Year is comprised of Danira Fuamatu (Roxburgh Park), Summer Pazsa (Sunbury Kangaroos), Sophia Iosifidis (East Sunbury), Kirsty Baker (Sunbury Lions), Ayesha Nicholson (Gisborne-Kyneton United), and Dakotta Liddy (Roxburgh Park).

Taylors Lakes' Joseph Antonetti was selected coach by his peers following a successful second season at the helm which saw the Lions make the grand final in their maiden post-season appearance.
