Pascoe Vale have kept up their unbeaten start to the season with a 15-point win that handed Aberfeldie their first loss of the season.
Pascoe Vale went into the final term down by a single point but went on to kick three goals to none in the final quarter, putting the game to bed.
The Panthers also shared around the goalkicking with Matthew Watson, Ali Saad, and Aaron Hilton all kicking two each, while four others registered one goal.
Aberfeldie will feel this game is one that got away after registering 22 behinds but only five goals across the four quarters.
Their inaccuracy especially hurt them in the final term where they scored five behinds and no goals.
Aberfeldie will look to bounce back against the undefeated Keilor next week, while Pascoe Vale will be keen to continue their unbeaten run against Avondale Heights.
GREENVALE 2.8 (20) def. by KEILOR 17.14 (116)
MATCH CENTRE
Keilor recorded a massive 96-point win over Greenvale to continue their perfect start to the season.
The Blues were leading comfortably at every break after dominating at both ends of the ground.
Nathan Colenso scored four goals and Chris Kosmas booted three in the impressive victory.
Greenvale simply had no answers against the rampant Keilor side only managing two goals for the entire match scored by Ben Bath and Josh Porter.
Greenvale will be looking to put this game behind them as they face Essendon Doutta Stars next week, and Keilor will look to continue their dominant start to the season against Aberfeldie.

MATCH CENTRE
Deer Park recorded their first ever EDFL Premier Division win taking down Airport West in a high-scoring thriller.
Deer Park received a late scare as Airport West came back from 31 points down at three quarter time to nearly steal the match.
Despite the goalless last quarter, Deer Park did enough in the third quarter to just cement a win over the struggling Eagles.
Airport West will be left rueing a disappointing third term that saw the margin slip out to over 30 points.
Despite the loss and the winless streak continuing for another round, the Eagles will take some positives out of their nearly completed comeback.
Luca Muratore was immense up forward for the Eagles booting five goals for the match.
Airport West next face Strathmore, while Deer Park play East Keilor.
ESSENDON DOUTTA STARS 8.10 (58) def. by STRATHMORE 11.8 (74)
MATCH CENTRE
Strathmore have ended up victorious after a close encounter with Essendon Doutta Stars.
With scores level at half time, Strathmore run the game out more efficiently finishing with a 16-point win.
Amin Naim booted four goals for Strathmore and Mitch Purcell scored three goals in the win.
Douttas will be no doubt disappointed they couldn’t get over the line in what was a performance full of heart.
The Stars will, however, be pleased as they were able to match it with last year runners up for almost four quarters after some quality performances to start the season.
Essendon Doutta Stars next play Greenvale and Strathmore will face Airport West.

East Keilor recorded an impressive 26-point victory over Avondale Heights on the weekend.
The win was the Cougars' first of the year as they look to bounce back from a tough start to their season.
Lachlan Smart was once again brilliant in front of goal kicking three goals and bringing his season tally to 13, while Bruno Laguda also scored three and Jack Cackett slotted a couple.
Avondale Heights trailed at every break and were never able to find any momentum that would get them into a winning position, with Brody Watts a shining light scoring three goals.
East Keilor come up against Deer Park next, as Avondale Heights prepare to face the undefeated Pascoe Vale.

St Albans have won a thriller by two points against Maribyrnong Park at Monk Oval.
The scores were level heading into the final term, but St Albans were able to make the most of their limited opportunities in front of goal in the final term to cement a narrow victory.
Forward Mason Dipetta impressed with five goals as Bailee Revell was also solid in front of goal scoring three goals.
Marby will be rueing their inaccuracy in the final term where they kicked two goals and five behinds to the Saints' three goals and one behind.
Marby Park will be looking forward to next week against Keilor Park, while St Albans prepare for their clash against Oak Park.
RUPERTSWOOD 13.9 (87) def. by OAK PARK 15.10 (100)
MATCH CENTRE
Oak Park have won their second game of the season after a close contest that never really saw the margin exceed the two-goal mark.
Oak Park however, proved the stronger team in the end holding off Rupertswood’s best efforts to win by 13 points.
Kane O’Halloran scored four goals to bring his season tally to 14, while the remaining goals were shared around between eight other players showing the Oakers have plenty of options for scoring goals.
Rupertswood were brave all day and won’t be too disheartened after falling just short of a second win for the season as there were still plenty of positives.
Clayton Bonello scored four goals and Fraser Phelan-Smith kicked three in the loss.
Oak Park next play against St Albans as Rupertswood face Craigieburn.
WEST COBURG 17.7 (109) def. TULLAMARINE 8.7 (55)
MATCH CENTRE
West Coburg proved too strong for a depleted Tullamarine outfit on Saturday afternoon defeating them by 54 points.
The win saw West Coburg move to second on the ladder as they continue to build in their bid to go one step further than previous years.
Omar Saad booted six goals and Muhammad Saad scored five goals in the convincing victory.
Tullamarine weren't able to stay with the Burgers after trailing at each break, and the margin only extending after half time.
Tullamarine will next face the undefeated Hillside, while West Coburg will have the week off with the bye.

Burnside Heights destroyed East Sunbury by 134 points on the weekend in a match that sent warning signs to the rest of the competition.
Burnside's Nick Gregson scored five goals and their captain Jordan Hughes booted four goals in the massive win that saw the Bears pile on 25 goals.
East Sunbury remain winless for the year as they once again struggled against a formidable opponent.
Burnside Heights next face off against the also undefeated Westmeadows, while East Sunbury play the other winless team in Glenroy.
SUNBURY KANGAROOS 11.8 (74) def. COBURG DISTRICTS 9.9 (63)
MATCH CENTRE
Sunbury Kangaroos recorded a massive win in the context of their season defeating Coburg Districts by 11 points.
Sunbury were down by a point at the final change but were able to get on top of the Lions in the final quarter.
Shaun Bowden continued his good start to the season as Andrew Siekai led the way up forward with three goals.
The Districts on the other hand would be disappointed with a third close loss in as many games.
George Fotiadis (three goals) and Jack Gusman (two goals) continue to impact for the Lions up forward with Lewis Johnson and Jack McNamara named their best.
Sunbury Kangaroos have a bye next week, while Coburg Districts face Taylors Lakes.
TAYLORS LAKES 16.10 (106) def. GLENROY 10.8 (68)

Taylors Lakes recorded a convincing 38-point win over the winless Glenroy on the weekend.
The Lakers kicked away in the second half to record a relatively simple win as vice-captain Ben Weightman starred yet again, kicking eight goals for the match.
Glenroy once again struggled against a strong opposition, however they will take some consolation from the fact it was an improved showing.
Aaron Kite booted six of their 10 goals for the game in a best-on-ground performance, while Tanner Nilsson and Daniel Riley were instrumental for the Roys.
Taylors Lakes next face Coburg Districts, while Glenroy come up against Sunbury Kangaroos.
WESTMEADOWS 16.10 (106) def. NORTHERN SAINTS 10.7 (67)
MATCH CENTRE
Westmeadows' strong start to the season continued with a comfortable win over the Saints as they enjoy the start to life in Division Two.
Westmeadows led with a big margin at every break and in the end ran out 39-point victors.
Forward Rex Hickman booted six goals and Aaron Evans and Ryan Stingel also impressed scoring three each.
The Northern Saints are now winless after three games although they were all against tough opposition.
Westmeadows next face Burnside Heights as Northern Saints prepare to play Hadfield.

Essendon Doutta Stars have kept in touch with ladder leaders Hillside after beating Keilor by 44 points at Buckley Park on Saturday afternoon.
Saturday’s win made it back-to-back wins for Douttas after they beat Westmeadows away from home last weekend.
The loss leaves Keilor winless for the season, with Westmeadows the only other team yet to notch up four points in 2024.
The Stars jumped out to an early 10-point lead by quarter time before kicking three goals in the final term to ensure a comfortable victory.
Neve Crowley and Marie Napoli were among Doutta’s best with the pair kicking two goals each, while Megan Neil provided the highlight for Keilor, kicking the Blues' only goal.
Both sides will put their feet up next weekend, before Essendon Doutta Stars take on Aberfeldie in a blockbuster clash at Aberfeldie Park West, and Keilor take on Westmeadows at home.
MOONEE VALLEY 1.3 (9) def. by OAK PARK 15.6 (96)
MATCH CENTRE
Oak Park have sent a message to the rest of the competition, bouncing back and beating Moonee Valley by 87 points.
Despite going into the game level on points, Oak Park were a class above the women in black and white.
The win moves Oak Park into third spot on the ladder while Moonee Valley remains in sixth spot a game ahead of seventh-placed Maribyrnong Park.
Mia Briedis, Shanel Camilleri, and Rhianna Nunn were prolific up forward for the Kangaroos with three goals each, while Leah Spargo chipped in with two goals.
Tara Newman, Nadia Valenti, and Mia Stilo were among Moonee Valley’s best on a difficult day.
Both sides will have the bye next weekend before Oak Park travel to take on Maribyrnong Park and Moonee Valley face ladder leaders Hillside at home.

Burnside Heights have kept up their perfect record in 2024, defeating Airport West by 37 points at Etzel Street Reserve.
Despite starting 2024 strongly with consecutive wins, the loss means Airport West have dropped their last two games and are sitting in third spot on the ladder behind Burnside Heights and Greenvale.
The Bears had an even spread of goal kickers with six players hitting the scoreboard and captain Kayla Ravanello being the only multiple goal kicker with two.
Eagles coach Marcus Barclay will be pleased with Natasha Campbell, Kaitlin Bojarowski, and Shae Montrose who all put in strong performances for the Eagles.
Next week Airport West will host Tullamarine while Burnside Heights will travel to Keilor Park to take on the Devils.

Keilor Park have notched up their second win for the year, beating Strathmore / Pascoe Vale by 20 points at Boeing Reserve.
After a difficult first two weeks, the Devils have bounced back strongly with two wins while Strathmore / Pascoe vale sit on the bottom of the ladder, still searching for their first win of 2024.
Emily Laidlaw was a difficult match up in the Devils' forward line kicking three goals, while Alexandra Kilty, Laycee Eustace, and Caitlyn Crameri all kicked one goal.
Georgie Richardson, Maya Koo, and Clara Toperosa all showed encouraging signs for Strathmore / Pascoe Vale which they will be hoping to build upon for the rest of the season.
Strathmore / Pascoe Vale will be hoping to record their first win for the season next week when they take on Greenvale, while Keilor Park will host ladder leaders Burnside Heights.

Greenvale have recorded their second big win in as many weeks, beating Tullamarine by 66 points at Leo Dineen Reserve.
Saturday’s performance had the exact same margin as last week’s when the Jets made light work of Airport West, while this week’s loss was the Demon’s third for the season after they went down to Keilor Park and Burnside Heights in their previous two matches.
Alisa Magri now leads the league goal kickers tally with 12 goals after a bag of six.
The full forward put in one of the most dominant performances of the season and was rewarded on the scoreboard for her efforts.
Next week, the Jets will host Strathmore / Pascoe Vale at Section Road while the Demons will travel to Airport West to take on the Eagles.
SUNBURY LIONS 13.20 (98) def. EAST SUNBURY 0.1 (1)

Sunbury have maintained their strong start to season 2024, making it four wins from four games after they defeated East Sunbury by 97 points at Clarke Oval.
The win solidifies the Lions' spot on top of the ladder with an impressive percentage of 1025.
The Thunder proved to be no match for the ladder leaders after they jumped out to a 43-point lead at the first break and never looked back, kicking 13 unanswered goals for the game.
Natachia Abela was arguably the Lions' best kicking four goals, while Brianna Spratling and Jacinta Lee also put in impressive performances for Sunbury.
The Lions will have their first bye for the year next week before taking on Taylors Lakes in a fortnight, while East Sunbury will take on Glenroy at John McMahon Recreation Reserve.
GLENROY 5.8 (38) def. by SUNBURY KANGAROOS 9.8 (62)

Sunbury Kangaroos have made amends for last week’s disappointment, defeating Glenroy by 24 points at Sewell Reserve.
The win moves the Kangaroos into fourth spot on the ladder, ahead of Roxburgh Park (who had the bye this weekend), while Glenroy are still searching for their first win of the season.
Nat Dunne was impressive for Sunbury kicking three goals while Tylah Bell and Lisa Kirby caught the eye of many spectators at Sewell Reserve with strong performances.
Despite a goalless opening half, Glenroy did restore some pride kicking five goals in the second half to outscore Sunbury by one point.
Next Saturday the Kangaroos will host Coburg Districts, while Glenroy will travel up the highway to take on East Sunbury.
COBURG DISTRICTS 8.4 (52) def. TAYLORS LAKES 2.6 (18)

Coburg Districts have kept the pressure on ladder leaders Sunbury Lions, beating Taylors Lakes by 34 points at Cole Reserve.
Saturday’s win marks Coburg Districts third consecutive win to start the season, while Taylors Lakes suffered their first defeat for the year after an exciting first two games.
Despite scores being level at the first change, Coburg Districts put the pressure on Taylors Lakes in the second half, booting six goals to one to ensure a comfortable victory.
Jacinta Brew and Olivia Woods were clinical in front of the big sticks for Coburg Districts while Emma Villani and Jaime Wulf were among Taylors Lakes' best.
Taylors Lakes will next travel to Roxburgh Park to take on the Magpies who are fresh off the bye, while Coburg Districts will take on ladder leaders Sunbury Lions at Eric Boardman Reserve.
