Cachia A Clear Winner In Strathmore B&F

Club-by-Club B&F Series

REYNOLDS Medal runner-up Jaryd Cachia has gone one better in Strathmore's best-and-fairest count.

The former Carlton player was outstanding in his first year at Mascoma Street and had an immediate impact with his new club as they returned to Strathmore Community Bank Premier Division finals for the first time since 2014.

Cachia was only one vote short of the league's B&F medal but finished 15 votes ahead of fellow 2017 recruit Michael Firrito in the Mores' vote count.

Club stalwart Adam Iacobucci was third with 23 votes, ahead of Luke Jarrad and Andrew Horne.
